Dr. Jennifer Babin-Fenske of EarthCare Sudbury will be presenting information on pollinators in the garden at the next meeting of the Sudbury Horticultural Society.

The Sudbury Horticultural Society will hold its first meeting of the spring at the CNIB on York Street on Sunday, March 25, 2018 and everyone is welcome to attend.

The afternoon will feature a presentation by Dr. Jennifer Babin-Fenske on Insect Pollinators in our gardens and how to invite them into our own personal environment.

Dr. Jennifer Babin-Fenske is the Coordinator of EarthCare Sudbury Initiatives for the City of Greater Sudbury where she helps to protect our environment and enhances our local biodiversity. She is a recipient of the Clean50 award that recognizes Canada’s leaders in sustainability for their contributions.

The Regent Street doors of the CNIB will be open at 1:15 p.m.. Refreshments will be served and there will be time for socializing before the meeting and presentation begins.

Memberships to the Sudbury Horticultural Society will be available for only $15 as well, the  2018 Yearbooks will be available at the door. Admission is free for members and $2 for non-members.
