Learn how to make pasta, Italian sauces and the perfect risotto. The Caruso Club is now offering cooking classes.

The Caruso Club has been cooking up great food in their kitchen since 1948 when the building was complete on their newly formed club. Recipes from the old country have been passed down through the years by many families who have worked hard in the kitchen at the Caruso Club.

The classes run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Caruso Club located at 385 Haig Street. Three classes will be offered.
