Here’s How Little Mira Celebrated Her First Birthday at Kivi Park
Kivi Park Birthday Donation

Shawn and Kati Frappier with their birthday girl Mira presented Melissa Sheridan, of Kivi Park, with $550 that they helped raise at their daughter’s birthday party and donated to Kivi Park.

Little Mira spent her first birthday at Kivi Park with 43 of her closest friends on Sunday, December 17th. Mira has been a regular visitor to Kivi Park since she was only a couple of weeks old. Her mom Kati Frappier regularly took Mira on hikes with a friend who also had a baby and so Kati decided it was the perfect place to host Mira’s first birthday. In fact Mira was the inspiration for adding lockers and benches to the Warm Up Chalet to make it easier for parents with small children.

Twenty-three children, from newborn to age 6,  came out to the park with their parents and had a great time playing at the new playground, sliding, hiking and warming up around a big bonfire. Then they all enjoyed hot chocolate and cupcakes in the Warm Up Chalet.

In lieu of presents for their daughter Mira, Kati and Shawn Frappier asked their guests to make a donation to Kivi Park and as a thank you to their guests purchased a Kivi Park Christmas ornament for all who attended the party. Everyone had loads of fun and Kivi Park was very grateful to receive a donation of $550 from Mira and her parents.
